Sexual Trauma Recovery: Providing a safe, confidential, and deeply compassionate space for survivors of sexual trauma to process their experiences and heal. Her work is focused on helping you reclaim your sense of safety, rebuild trust, and move forward with resilience.
Anxiety & Depression: Individual therapy helping clients manage symptoms through evidence-based techniques like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.
Relationship Issues: Assisting individuals in navigating relationship challenges and improving communication to enhance emotional intimacy.
Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs): Offering expert treatment for behaviors such as hair pulling (trichotillomania) and skin picking (dermatillomania).
