Dr. Sanchez earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His therapeutic approach combines various methodologies, including humanistic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), trauma-focused, dialectical (DBT), and relational life therapy, with the goal of facilitating positive change for his patients. 

Many individuals seeking Dr. Sanchez’s assistance often express feelings of being overwhelmed, anxiousdepressed, disorganized, or facing relationship problems. They may feel stuck or haunted by a painful past, grappling with distressing thoughts, uncontrollable worry, or repetitive behaviors that exacerbate their issues. These individuals are eager to overcome these difficulties but are uncertain about the way forward. Dr. Sanchez empathizes with the frustration and defeat associated with these struggles. 

Dr. Sanchez, provides Premarital Counseling, working with couples before marriage to discuss important issues ranging from finances to children so that they can be on the same page before tying the knot.

He specializes in individual psychotherapy for a broad range of adult mental health issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, compulsive behaviors, interpersonal relationship difficulties, career stress, men’s health, and sleep problems. 

Dr. Sanchez’s psychotherapy style is personalized, strength-based, and diverse, with a focus on tailoring treatment to each patient’s unique circumstances. Despite the challenges, he firmly believes that individuals can cultivate hope and experience joy and fulfillment. Dr. Sanchez operates as a Post-Doctoral Psychology Fellow under the supervision of Dr. Charles Davenport, a Licensed Psychologist.
